4. SMS and Text Messaging Privacy
A.I. Research Link may provide SMS/text messaging Services to users who provide the required consent. SMS messages may be used to provide:

- Information related to a telephone interaction
- Customer-service communications
- Service-related updates
- Links or information relevant to a user's request
- Other communications for which the user has provided the applicable consent
4.1 Verbal SMS Consent
Where permitted by applicable law, A.I. Research Link may obtain SMS consent verbally during an AI-assisted or authorized telephone conversation.
The caller must personally provide a clear affirmative verbal response before the applicable SMS message is sent. A clear affirmative response may include “Yes” or “I agree.”
Our systems may record or retain the applicable consent information to document that consent was obtained.
5. SMS Mobile Information Non-Sharing Policy
Your mobile information and SMS consent information will not be used by third parties or affiliates to send their own marketing or promotional messages to you.
A.I. Research Link may disclose or provide mobile information to service providers when reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, or support the Services, including telecommunications providers, SMS providers, technology providers, and other vendors acting on our behalf.
These service providers are not authorized to use your mobile information or SMS consent information for their own independent marketing or promotional purposes. This non-sharing provision applies specifically to mobile information and SMS consent information.
Twilio's A2P 10DLC requirements specifically call for a privacy policy to state that mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. SMS Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with A.I. Research Link and the Services you request. You may receive one or more messages depending on the nature of your request or the applicable service.
Your wireless carrier may charge you for receiving SMS messages depending on your mobile plan.
7. SMS Opt-Out
You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages at any time. Where available, you may opt out by replying STOP. You may also use available standard opt-out keywords, including:

- UNSUBSCRIBE
- OPTOUT
- CANCEL
- END
- REVOKE
- QUIT
After receiving a valid opt-out request, A.I. Research Link will process the request in accordance with applicable law and messaging-provider requirements. Where appropriate and permitted, a final confirmation message may be sent to confirm that the opt-out has been processed.
After an opt-out has been processed, additional SMS messages will not be sent through the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently provide the consent required to receive them.
Twilio’s current Messaging Policy requires an initial message to include “Reply STOP to unsubscribe,” or an equivalent standard opt-out keyword.

If available, you may reply HELP for assistance with SMS communications. You may also contact A.I. Research Link using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy.
9. SMS Consent Is Voluntary
SMS consent is voluntary. You may decline to provide SMS consent and may continue to use unrelated Services where otherwise available.
Your refusal to provide SMS consent will not, by itself, prevent you from purchasing or accessing unrelated Services.
A.I. Research Link will not treat acceptance of this Privacy Policy or Terms of Service alone as affirmative SMS consent. Where SMS consent is required, consent will be obtained through the applicable consent process described in our Terms of Service and messaging procedures.
